The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom. the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to both the central train station and the shopping area.
It was a bit cramped and not very enjoyable to use.

My stay at Hamburger Hof was amazing. The room was clean, modern, and had a chic design. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, like providing extra bedding. The location near the train station made it very convenient for me to explore the city. The included breakfast was delicious and a great value. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Frankfurt.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the train station and various attractions. The room was cozy, clean, and nicely decorated. The breakfast offered a good selection of food.
